1. Fair Warning. Unsupported rubber sheeting and clothing can tear: Most customers who prefer to wear rubber are aware of this and handle their garments carefully thus ensuring many year’s use. If, therefore, you purchase such items from South Bucks Rainwear you automatically accept this inherent risk. We cannot replace, repair or offer a refund on items damaged whilst in customer care.
2. Trade Description Act. As the majority of our products are individually made they may, at times, differ from the illustrations in the catalogue in some small way.
3. Swatches. Swatches of material can be sent at a nominal charge of £1.50 to defray administration costs.
4. Remittance must be sent with order. Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to South Bucks Rainwear.
5. Postal Insurance. We do not insure goods that are sent by letter post, i.e. packages weighing less than 750g. Goods in excess of this weight are sent parcel post. Customers can request postal insurance cover for an additional payment of 55p.
6. Returns and refunds. These are made at the discretion of South Bucks Rainwear and only on items returned within 7 days. Items should always be tried on over suitable underwear. There may be a slight charge levied on items returned or on late cancellations.
7. Dispatches. These are normally covered by a Certificate of Posting and any disputes concerning non delivery should be negotiated with the carrier.
8. Measurements. All measurements given should take account of any undergarments worn.
9. Enquiries. Enquiries will only be answered if accompanied by an sae. South Bucks does not offer an advisory service in any form and any suggestions made should be taken as without prejudice.
