Rubber backed cotton coats. We have recently had a complaint that our coats did not have welded or taped seams, we have never specified these as it would mean quite an increase in costs. We consider our coats to be excellent value for money.
Ordering. When ordering please remember to be as specific as possible and you just cannot give too many measurements. Specifically we would ask you to give actual measurements as we make minor adjustments to accommodate the elasticity of the material. Please add your Customer Reference number.
Overseas. We still have to ask for a 25% surcharge to cover additional freight and exchange costs and we ask you to convert prices to your currency as we cannot keep up with the volatile money markets. Any problems you can write us, fax us on 01237 441855 or email us on info@southbucks.com.
Postage. Raw materials and purchase costs have been absorbed for some time by keeping our overheads low. Unfortunately we now have to ask for £1.50 to help meet postage and packing costs and this will be shown on order forms from now on.

The Consumer Protection Regulations 2000. These regulations do not apply to goods manufactured to customer requirements ie measurements supplied by the customer and made specifically at their request. Other goods are subject to the regulations, in that a seven day period is now given in which a customer may cancel a contract in the event of faulty goods. In this event the cancellation must be made in writing and the goods returned by the customer
